Jewellery Books

After buying so many books for uni recently I decided that I would treat myself to a book I have been wanting for quite a while. I am an avid subscriber to Vogue, and scour each and every page of each issue to see what jewellery has been photographed every month. So as soon as this book popped up on Amazon's recommended list I put it straight on to my wishlist, just waiting for the moment I could justify treating myself.

Costume Jewellery In Vogue by Jane Mulvagh and Paloma Picasso
.
I have only had chance to have a quick flick through the pages to see what has been included and I am pleased to say that along with some gorgeous photos of jewellery and fashion icons, there is quite a lot of detailed text that delves into the progression of costume jewellery. I can't wait to have a sit down with a nice big cup of tea and read this cover to cover.

1000 Rings: Inspiring Adornments for the Hand by Marthe Le Van

Whilst on the topic of jewellery books I just wanted to mention this amazing book all about rings. As you have probably realised from reading my blog I have a huge obsession with rings, and it seems a lot of people that comment do too. So if you are interested in modern rings, be it small and understated or large and quirky you will find this book a great read.

I also wanted to share with you some books I can't wait to buy, also all about rings.
